For Banks Botanicals, we distill each ingredient individually to ensure the flavours and essences are captured in their purest forms. As such, no alcohol ever enters the process, so we do not need to remove any alcohol.

Why do people drink non-alcoholic spirits?
Non-alcoholic distilled spirits are targeted at people who want to take part in social occasions, but without drinking any alcohol.

Do non-alcoholic spirits have alcohol?
Banks is classified as a non-alcoholic beverage or non-alcoholic spirit.
We never add alcohol to our process during distillation. However, given that we are dealing with natural botanicals, Banks may contain trace elements of alcohol (<0.5% ABV), if it is consumed without mixing or diluting with other non-alcoholic liquids such as tonic.
When Banks is diluted with a mixer (tonic or soda) at the recommended serve levels, the alcohol level is comparable to the level of alcohol found in orange juice or apple juice.
